I m suffering insomnia so I take clonotril 0.5. MG. Last two or three days i have chaste pain and irregular heart beat.

Hii Sleep disturbance is a sign of some psychiatric condition like depression/ anxiety. Clonotril would make you sleep well for a few days but that is not a solution to your problem Also having chest pain and irregular heart beat can be associated with anxiety
