It can but you better not use it for more than few weeks. The medicine is habit forming and if you regularly use it for more than 2-3 months you may find it difficult to stop it.

if you are already sleeping well try to take 0.25 mg 3 tabs for a week, then 2 tabs for the next and then one tab for one week. Then stop it.

Please do morning exercise. Avoid tea coffee and after 5 pm. If the problem sleeping comes back you better consult a psychiatrist for full assessment and other types of medicines.
