Insomnia maybe

I cant get more than 4 hours of sleep from almost a week now and its affecting my daily chores i am having difficulty concentrating and experiencing fatigue idk if thats insomnia or not and also which specialised doctor to contact.

Yes it’s insomnia and stress combined. Taking toll on you as well as mind. Try doing some exercises aerobics regularly. Try meditation. Eat more veggies in diet and drink plenty of water. Do relaxation exercises like deep breathing in night before sleep. Totally avoid social media. Issues persists then consult.
