I dont no what exactly am suffering from, All i can describe is I cannot sleep at night till the morning by 9, Over thinking is of my worst enemy. Anxiety and depression and maybe bipolar disorder too. I get feared of very small things and some loud voices of things etc.
Mental health issues ve presentation n r difficult to understand. De r due to disturbance in the neurochemicals in d brain. Not necessarily associated with a life event.
However wen d mental health is compromised it reduces the overall quality of life.
So don't delay by pondering d how what n why behind it. Just consult a psychiatrist online or in person for detailed evaluation n treatment.
