This can be a simple aphthous ulcer, for which you can apply a glycerine ointment, take pantoprazole tablet once daily, and rinse mouth with dettol mouthwash twice daily. Also avoid all those items that aggravate your problem. Go gor a bland diet and include mpre yellow fruits in ypur meal. If you are having consitipation as well,  start syp lactulose 15 ml before bed daily. Take plenty of water and have a good sleep of atleast 7 hours. If these do not settle down, kindly contact online, with more history and photos if possible.
