Hi Iam doing CBT - as per doctor suggestions - Changing my inner critical thoughts into the positive one - or more realistic ones Usually I ignore the negative thoughts or divert it but questioning them makes me feel weaker & my inner critics do not accept my positive statements  & makes me more anger towards me & My surroundings In a day I have 100s of negative thoughts how can I stop & ask each question & change the negative into positive ones

If you are taking CBT sessions then you should follow your therapist's advice and follow the task given to you.
