Hi, I'm saranya from cbe. I'm 26 year old. I have some rashes in my inner thighs I dont know whether it is vein problem or rashes. I can t able to find I can able to see red color vein in my thighs. Itching not much. It has no pain.almost 1 month I have this rashes . I want to know is that varicose vein problem. I had a appendicitis surgery 1yr before. Please help me to find out. Thanks in advance

Also  itching and burning sensation at that area its consider under skin diseases like rashes but pain and vein more visible so Its consider under varicose veins  In photo according to my opinion is vericose vein
