I have problem in inner edge of the nose am getting pain even just we touch it with water am getting pain i observed that there are some wound in my nose pls suggest best medicine am getting lot of pain

You seem to be suffering from furuncle of the nose which is a infection arising from hair follicles. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antibiotic ointment for few days for faster recovery
