My 3 year son got some injury. Blood came from nose. Now there is no more bleeding. Which medicine we can use. Right now no doctor available near by my home.

Syr Augmentin DDS 1 tsf twice daily for 5 days,Syr Combiflam 1 tsf twice daily for 3 days,Nasomist nasal drops 2 drops twice daily in both the nostrils for 5 days.Do XRay Nasal bone lateral view and consult online for further evaluation if anything needed.
