The testis looks little swollen during day time and normal during sleeping ... There is no bulging during laughing , crying and coughing ...surgery can be postponed due to hot weather .? If bulging seen in groin area ...how to prevent from sticking in it?

It can be hydrocele. Needs ultrasound to confirm. Please consult pediatric surgeon for timing of surgery
