I feel like i have a hernia and it looks like a i have a bulge on both sides but i feel like it can also be my lower abs because when i flex my abs or suck in my stomach the bulge goes away. i also feel no pain or discomfort what so ever. & lift heavy weights with a belt and safety and also train mma. can it be my abs i'm seeing stick out.
