Hi, I just got diagnosed with Inguinal Hernia. Wanted to know the treatment options available for it, is surgery the only treatment ? If yes, what are the latest surgical treatments available for it ? Also, what precautions should be taken before and after the surgery ? Plus, it is complicated or a simple one ? My work is to travel all the while, in that case how many days do I need to take off and rest ? Can I travel to my workplace (3-4 hour flight) duration immediately after the surgery without any issues ? Regards.
