6 month old has inguinal hernia and undescended testis ( left side ), will it cure on it's own maximum by 1 year as per pediatric suggestion ?

Undescended testis you need to get sonography of abdomen to find out location of testis. Most of the testis descends down on own. As regards inguinal hernia child needs to undergo surgery.
