Infrequent morning wood & weak erections

I have been experiencing infrequent morning erections for last 2 months. I get 70-80% hard during masturbation. I have a history of excessive masturbation in past (3-4) times as week. I saw a video on YouTube where a delhi based Urologist says excessive masturbation is a reason for cause venous leak or venogenic ED. Is this true ? Have I caused irreversible damage ? I don't have history of any vascular disease, neither diabetes, nor have injured my penis in an extreme manner ever while masturbating

Hi, masturbating 3-4 times a week is by no means excessive. Even if you consider it is excesssive, it would only temporarily lessen your desire (just as you dont feel the need to take food for dometime after taking a full meal). But what can cause you problem is excessive mental preoccupation with the issue. The more you think of it, the more you watch yourself, the more the problem. Trust us! Masturbation is harmless.  And no...! it does not cause any venous leakage. Not to my best knowledge! Stop thinking about this and just sleep fantasizing every day.

Excessive masturbation can sometimes cause loss of interest in sex by NO permanent damage. So please stop blaming yourself. Try Kegel exercise. Get relaxed. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Check blood for Testosterone, Prolactin and sugar. If still the problem is there, please see Doctor
