My daughter is 3 years old having severe Constipation...doctor suggested her laxolite syrup (PEG) ... I was not knowing the preparation n...i gave 5ml to her without mixing in water...i gave it undiluted...would it cause any side effects...will she have any internal problem due to not mixing in water...I am so much worried.... Attached here is pic of the syrup with composition

Hello there, u gave medicine as it was supposed to be given.. No need to worry.. Just remember the dosing and timing of the laxative.. Also once loose stool starts u need to stop the medication..Hope it helps! Thankyou Dr. Manisha
