This test is basically to check your susceptibility to Hepatitis B, usually done after some exposure like needle prick when there is a history of past vaccination.
Next Steps
In your case, you are very much susceptible to Hepatitis B. So if exposed by any chance, get prophylactic medicines. If not exposed, get re vaccinated.
