Appeared almost over night, a number of large red lumps around vulva which are sore to touch. Some around vaginal opening which burn when urinating. Have recently shaved all over the area and whilst away abroad my period started and one occasion i was caught short and had to use paper towels. Now past few days been using sanitary pads only and has become sore rubbing against material.
