Last year I got my right upper wisdom tooth extracted... since that time a large inflammation developed in the inner cheek After 6-months I visited a dentist who took an X-ray & removed some bits of the broken tooth.... Even after that, sore inner cheek - dull pain throughout the day with a feeling of irritation & constant discomfort Pls pls suggest...

First of all get your xray done. If your tooth is fully removed then irrigation with saline and betadene is must to do. Check if the space has been closed properly if Sutures has been given.

Do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day for 1 week and if your tooth is completely removed, get its adjacent teeth checked. It may have some problem.
