A small hypoechoic lession with mild surrounding subcutaneous edema is seen at Nape of neck , measuring approx 5 mm × 3 mm . What could be the probable reason pls explain.

Considering the size antibiotics should be enough. If persistent then need a minor surgery to drain pus if any.
