Inflamed tonsil(left) from past 3 months

My 1 tonsil is inflamed and it's not getting normal from last 3 months. Consulted 2 ENTs offline and 1 online. Tried amoxiclav azithro cefpodoxime but still no cure. What is the problem and why it's feel normal sometimes and then again feel pain on left side that to be only 1 tonsil.

This could not be tonsil issue. This can be reflux pharyngitis and Gerd which is bothering you.
