She qualifies as a young breast cancer. Young breast cancers usually are high grade and usually have genetic predisposition. Treatment plan will be decided by stage, ER/PR/HER2 status. Also she requires genetic counselling and genetic testing to rule hereditary syndromes predisposing to breast cancer. This will also help guide treatment plan. Genetic testing will also be helpful for siblings to take early preventive measures.
