Infertility treatment and folicuar study

During folicuar study for concieve, I noticed that only my right ovary makes egg with letrozole support,is this normal or something is wrong with my left ovary because my left ovary not make any egg, mostly cyst appear in my left ovary but it dissolve easily.

Its normal.. Ovulation occurs usually on one side only.. May be in next cycle, ovulation occurs from left side..
