On 15th day my follicles in left ovary was 16*20 my HCG5000 injection was done 0n 16th day. Can I ovulate on 17th day? I have pcos

Yes chances are there because follicle isof  good  size after giving HCG 5000 injection it will rupture this you can find out with ultrasonography also.
