Infertility

M and my wife are trying to conceive for last 5 years without success. We did several tests (Semen analysis/hormone tests/laproscopy/Ovulation) and results were normal. Finally doctors came to conclusion of 'Unexplained Infertility'. We did IUI 2-3 times still no results. Just wanted to confirm if anything remained undiagnosed as a part of Male fertility ?
