I am having low amh .In past I was having endometriosis cyst.it got removed by surgery..Can I concieve with low amh through IUI...?Is IUI is benificial for low amh patient?
Low AMH is one way of assessing ovarian reserve. You also need an ultrasound evaluation for Antral follicle count on day 2/3 of your periods to know how many follicles are seen. IUI is helpful in grade 1 and 2 endometriosis provided your Fallopian Tubes are open, husband's semen analysis is ok and you are responding to ovulation induction and ovulating. With your age 26 you can definitely try IUI.
