Hi had my periods late by two weeks but periods started today with vomiting we where trying for pregnancy delay in periods and late bleeding start could we still expect pregnancy

There is a chance of pregnancy, if you always had regular periods. Do you a early morning urine pregnancy test or blood test for b-hcg followed by Ultrasound if required for better understanding.
