Hello doc, i have been trying to conceive since last 1 yr but not ducessful. My gyno has suggested for weight loss. I dont have Pcos but harmonal imbalance. I have high prolactin, high Fsh and slightly high thyroid. I have frequent headache die to gastric. Please suggest a dietplan
