Due to PCOS, irregular mensus & infertility. Took FSH injections & so many medications also, problem not resolved. Is there any possibility to get pregnant? if yes how ?

Hi,take Tab.Metformin500 mg one tablet BD. Have intercourse from 12 th to 18 the day of the last period(1st day is starting day of last period), minimum on every alternate day.
