Infection on the top side of foot.

Hi everyone, I have this infection on the top side of my foot. Please look at the attached image. I consulted some dermatologist. He gave me a GUDCEF-CV 200, TECZINE along with fusidic acid Cream and asked me to wash it by Dove soap. But after taking all these medicines it is not getting better. And then I start doing dry dressing by mycodrem. But no recovery. Can someone suggested some other ways or some medicine.
