Hello, I have a bulge on my foreskin. Just noticed this a few hours ago. There are red marks on two places. It pains and I'm unable to retract my foreskin. Looked up online and found out it may be a case of Balanitis. Not sure which doctor (specialist) I'm supposed to consult. I'm from Bangalore. Please help.
