Infection near anus
Hello doc,
I am suffering from an infection (Getting a painful & blood full pimple type thing) near anus. Actually, It heals after bursting. Then, Again after somedays it happens at the same position where it happened last time. Because of this, I suffers pain when I sit.
So,Please help me regarding this problem.
1) What is all this happening?
2) what's the treatment of this problem?
3) Also, suggest some ointments & medications to get rid of this issue.

From your history, it sounds like fistula in Ano.
If it is a fistula, then This will not heal with medication. It needs surgical intervention
You need a Per Rectal Examination.
And if a Fistula is diagnosed then a MR Fistulogram would be appropriate.

Its fistula in ano, any bleeding history? Any comorbidities Like associated with diabetes?
