What kind of skin disease is this? can Clindamycin cream help? She is 38 years old, she does not have any other health issue, not taking any medication. No pain on infection site unless pressed. No smell. No fever. this skin problem is only on bottom of foot and a little on palm. Further details or evaluation is not needed so do not ask for it.Do not ask for online consultation also. Just help me to know what kind of disease it is, if you can.🙏

It looks like viral warts,they are many..u need to either remove them by surgically or by RF. There are few injections treatments too, but depends on the doctor if they use it or not. You will have to go to a clinic. Give her a soft slippers to wear.
