Infection in bladder and kidney and PID

I was having pain near my ri8 kidney radiating my back and stomach...after doing ultrasound of whole abdomen,3 impressions were there. Firstly,mildly prominent bilateral renal pelvis with few concretions (right>left) Secondly, bulky left ovary Third,few internal echoes in urinary bladder ... Kindly tell me wat should i do as the pain has decreased as i was taking pain medicine but i m getting fever atleast twice every day around 102° -103°. Kindly medicate and suggest how should i treat it.any suggestions from ur end would be greatful.thank u

Hello..right flank pain with high grade fever in the background history of renal stone suggests infection( acute pyelonephritis). Needs menstrual history also.. Covid should also be ruled out

CBC, Kidney function Test,ESR, CRP, Pro cal, Urine R/M and culture chest Xray CECT Abdomen (if creatinine normal and menstrual history regular) RT PCR for Covid

Hello, Please consult a Urologist without delay, you have stones which are obstructing your urine passage , severe infection in bladder which might have also involved kidneys.. you need appropriate antibiotics and definitive management of stones.. delay may lead to irreversible damage to kidneys
