Infection at Penis head

Doctor as per your advice, i am applying Candid 1% cream on my skin fold and penis head. I also got my herpex test igm and igg, hb1ac. how can i show report now. And how to go about further medication  because still there is infection, not much severe but little. Also by using candid 1%cream, i got certain cuts on skin fold and dryness so now i have stopped using it. Please advise.. Thanks, Akhil Juneja
