Infected finger tips.

I had a small sore appear just below the finger nail on one hand, which look like it became infected. The same then happened to all fingers on that hand, and now has moved to my other hand. The same thing, small sores which look infected. It now looks the finger nail is becoming weak, with one snapping in half. The sores are also now moving to my toes.
