Neck stretching exercises and gentle massage may help in few babies and make take around 2 or 3 months to c the results. Should check out if any muscle abnormalities are present
Next Steps
Consult your Pediatrician to find out if it’s physiological or abnormal muscle development

Torticollis in infants is caused due to contracture of sternocleidomastoid muscle. Most often the sternicleido mastoid muscle on the right side is affected causing the head and neck to be tilted to right side and face and chin turned towards the left. Stretching exercises are very effective especially when started in 1st 3 months. Contact a physiothetapist for the same

Hello. Torticollis in infants usually develop from the time that the child was in the womb. If diagnosed you need to keep an eye out for other milestones in the child as well. a far as your question goes- you need to stretch out the sternocleidomastoid muscle, the muscle that is the usual culprit to make his face tilt towards the left. Specific excersizes are having to put your child next to the all so that the wall faces it. Your child will have a tendency to see towards the opposite side/ the door more than seeing the wall. You need to make sure that the neck is stretched on both side equally- you could do that manually. I would prefer that you take a few sessions with a therapist for the same. Usually infantile torticollis takes 6 months to a year to completely subside.
