My boy is just 2 m 10 d old. But he sweats too much at his head. Even in pleasant morning weather, he perspire like an elder. The sweat is only observed in entire head n forehead.

It's normal. Infants temperature over head is more than body, hence they sweat a lot there. No need to worry!
