I lost a baby due to a birth defect.All the genetic test for the baby came back negative. he had a condition called meconium peritonitis which led to volvulus in the intestine. I am scared in my next pregnancy also this might reoccur. Is there anything I can do to prevent any defect in my next baby.

No it would not reoccur It's not anamoly Kindly start taking tab folic acid 5 mg daily 2 months prior to planning and get all your level 1 and 2 ultrasound scan when you conceive
