Infant has Diarrhea, fever, vomiting

8 month infant has a diarrhea ( maximum 6 time a day) and some time she has little fever ( not more than 37.8 c ) and two times during the last two days she got vomiting and we thing due to something stick in here mouth. Here appetite is less she refus to eat and here playing activity is also less. She feels tired. What is your advice and what shall i do today as argent and tomorrow i will take here to the hospital
