Infammation after masturbation

I am 14 year old boy.I started masturbating since I was 13.I do it about 3 times per day.I know it is excessive but cant control it.For the past 2 days,I have been experincing inflammation inside the penis just after ejaculation.Is this some disease.I also want to reduce the masturbation.Please help me.
