Indoor sneezing allergy

2024-12-13 15:59:29
I experience constant sneezing throughout the day whenever I'm indoors, which stops only after I sleep and wake up. This occurs every 1-2 weeks. Initially, I suspected an allergy to something in my previous home, but even after moving to a new house, the issue persists. Along with sneezing, I have a clear, watery nasal discharge. I suspect an allergy to indoor dust mites or possibly a vitamin deficiency. Seeking advice on diagnosis and treatment.

Consult an ENT, get an allergy test done(skin prick test). Intranasal corticosteroid nasal spray along with a short course of antihistamine usually suffice. Still persisting, you can go for immunotherapy.
Next Steps
Allergy test. INC- Nasal spray Anti histamine medicines
