Indigestion problem

I had covid in march and later started constipation and later ended up with continued burping .. I have taken lots of medicine also done blood test, sonography and endoscopy but nothing came in that.. can someone help me to resolve this issue.. dr told us this issue is regarding indigestion and I am also type 1 diabetic so is this is a problem.. or can someone pl tell me which tab should I take to improve my digestive system
