My sister has this sudden urge for poop after eating almost anything (mainly milk ).her weight is decreasing day by day ,she once suffered with anemia ,iron loss and vitamin d loss but they are all under control.

This could be worm infestation , wheat allergy or lactose intolerance. Loosing weight is not good sign with history of anemia. She needs evaluation in form of endoscopy and biopsy . Blood tests like anti ttg.  And deworm treatment
