How much water do you drink? Do you drink at least 2-3 liters daily?
Are you eating at least 2 servings each of fruits and vegs every day?
Are you sleeping at least 6-7 hours?
Do you eat more of refined foods?
Ensure you cut out all refined foods ane have a very active and healthy lifestyle.
You can also consider drinking hot water in the Night before sleeping as this can cleanse the system. Also check if you are allergic to milk by any chance. Include a generous amount of curd daily.
