No need to feel like that....you are not at all a looser...it's most likely due to low motility of ur large intestine....which can be treated medically...also some diet changes & lifestyle changes are suggested to get rid of such problems....like having good amount of fiber content in ur diet...drinking atleast 3-4 liters of water in 24hrs ....less of fried/oily/spicy food...avoid any kind of junk food.
