Hello, my father has been suffering from indigestion and constipation problem since many years now. He has tried numerous medications over the years but seems nothing works now. He feels constipated and pressure on his chest. Resulting in uneasiness or difficulty in breathing. He has been doing a lot for this issue like taking warm water, ginger, lemon water, garlic etc home remedies. Pls suggest what to do with this.
