Increasing stamina and vitality

I am on mass gain journey. And I feel lack in energy levels while I do exercise in gym.i want to boost up my performance and also want to have sound sleep at night. I've read about ashwagandha shatavar musli shilajit. I want to start with it but not so clear on how to use them. There are many companies with different formulations and contain, not sure which to buy. If I could get help with it on dosage quantity and time, will be so much helpful. Also wanna know if normal unmarried  women can prefer it. Kindly do the needful. Thank you.

Hi start with correct diet and life style eat more fruits and veggies drink plenty of water 4 to 5 liters, avoid junk oily spicy da 45 mins workout , use coconut oil for cooking .take aswaghadha tablets 1-0-0 after food , yes correct your digestion and sleep

Yes u can take Ashwagandha rasayan two tsf once a day followed by a glass of milk. Muslipak two tsf once a day followed by milk. Shilajit vati one tab twice a day. For women Shatavari granules two tsf in milk,once a day or Shatavari gulam two tsf followed by a glass of milk .
