Increasing MCV value

My haemoglobin is 12 but my MCV value is 124 and MCH value also increase and the platelet is 90 is it ok and i have some issue and weight also loss without any change in diet i feel weak and tired all the time

Hello Ma’am Sorry to hear your concern . Although your Mcv is high , Hb of 12 is normal for a 18year old female . There are some history and biway communication needed to understand your problem better .
