Hello doctors one months back mera surgical abortion hua tha uske bad jb mujhe first period aaye to mene apna LFT test karwaya joki pura normal tha but mera high alkaline phosphate serum tha like 200. so it is normal or need to check

Repeat after you complete six weeks of abortion date if it is still elevated consult gastroenterologist

Post delivery,  ALp may stay elevated for initial 2-3 months.  It should start settling by next month. Also if you repeat ALP, I wouls like to know thw reason,  so that we can correlate your problem clinically.
