Plz guide about my father sugar level is 345 and serum insulin fasting is 33.50 Is insuling level will reach at normal level by regular tablets plz guide about all this

Very poorly controlled diabetes. Likely type 2. Insulin for short term would be best option with medication. Although medication alone may be tried if not wanting injections. Requires full work up. Not sure why you got insulin levels. Not very useful out side research settings.
